Recipe Title: Chilled Eggnog Latte
Step 1: Fill tall mug with 1/2 cup City Ice.
Step 2: Lightly steam eggnog*.
Step 3: Pour one shoot (1oz.) of espresso (or strong coffee) over ice.
Step 4: Fill to the brim with steamed eggnog.
Step 5: Garnish with nutmeg and a cinnamon stick
Step 6: Sit back and chill.

Recipe Title: Daves When the Chill Is Gone Pumpkin Pie Chill Thrill
Recipe Sub Title: (for when you ran out of City Ice for the night)
Step 1: Combine about 4oz. of light cream with 1/2tsp. of pumpkin pie spice.
Step 2: Steam* lightly
Step 3: Fill two heavy mugs about half full with your favorite coffee or espresso.
Step 4: Top each with steamed cream/spice chiller thriller (stuff you made in Step1).
Step 5: Garnish with whipped cream, a tiny sprinkle of pie spice and a candy corn. (While the orange and yellow of the candy corn might not be in your color palette, this detectable drink is sure to please everones palate).

Recipe Title: Marks Maple-Shemaple Surprise
Step 1: Make a syrup consisting of two parts maple syrup and one part vinilla syrup.
Step 2: In a blender, combine about 1 1/2oz. of syrup, a shot of espresso (or strong coffee), a 1/2 cup of City Ice, and about 4oz. of light cream.
Step 3: Blend until smooth.
Step 4: Drink until quenched.

Recipe Sub Title: (prononounced Bloo Ice)
Step 1: Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with City Ice.
Step 2: Add 1 1/2oz. of cream, 1/4oz. of blue Curacao liqueur, 3/4oz. of tequila and a dash or two of Galliano (Galliano, also known as Liqueur Galliano, is a sweet, yellow Italian herbal liqueur).
Step 3: Shake vigorously (calm down, you will be able to relax very soon).
Step 4: Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
